A very good experience. Thye went the extra mile to give me the deal I wanted. I bought a new Honda CR-V & would buy again from them. I recently purchased a 2006 Hummer from this dealership. Prior to going to the lot,I researched and compared prices with from other lots. I found on the average that Sam Swope's asking prices were two to three thousand dollars lower than other dealerships for the same model vehicle and thirty to forty thousand less miles on the used cars. My primary salesman was Greg Brinley. Mr Brinley was very professional and personable! He made me and my kids feel very comfortable while going the the process of purchasing a vehicle. The thing I'd have to say impressed me most, was the experience of dealing with three to four other dealer personell that were trained professionals in their individual job titles, not to mention the immediate follow ups that Mr Brinley did, to ensure that I was 100 percent satisfied with my purchase and that I wasn't experiencing any problems. I would also Like to add, that immediately after purchasing this vehicle, it was put to the test! I drove to Prince Edward Island Canada to pick up my son and back. The trip one way is approximately 1,532 miles. I drove up towing a trailer, filled with furniture and other household items. My 2006 Hummer performed like a champ!!!! 60 hrs of driving within approximately 90 hrs, was a true test! I would certainly recommend this Dealership to all who are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

We purchased a brand new Honda accord from Andre last Feb. after visiting MANY dealerships, as he made us feel very comfortable and was NOT that usual pushy & annoying salesman! Thats why Andre was the first person we called when my son needed a car (and he lives in NJ!)as I knew he would do the best he could to make the numbers work for my son, and Andre did not disappoint it was worth it for my son to buy a 1 way ticket and fly to KY and drive his new 2011 Honda civic back to NJ! If your like me and dread having to go buy a car because of the salesman (I have no patience for that stuff), Don't be just go to Sam Swope Honda World in Louisville and ask for Andre Uchitel, TRUST me you will not be disappointed. I guess the only cars we will be driving are Honda's unless Andre goes to a different dealership as he is that GREAT that we would follow him there!!!! More
i brought my car in to just get a oil change. but then it was brought to my attention that i was a little past due on getting my 130,000 mile service. i was not aware that this was a service. but i went it was brought to my attention that i was a little past due on getting my 130,000 mile service. i was not aware that this was a service. but i went ahead and got this done at this time. this put my mind at ease. i was kinda treating this visit like going to the dentist. "it is something i had to do but really did not want to do" and "hoping that they would not find something else wrong while i was there". well i was relieved to know that they were looking at my brakes and tires. i had been wondering if these things were starting to go bad. and for an added plus the worked or looked at my fuel injectors. so i left a happy camper and relieved that everything was totally fine. all of my services were explained up front. and also we went over all of the readings after my car was done. i was asked if i had any questions. very thorough. thank you very much. I received excellent and efficient service from Randy Riblet and Shane Brogner (as usual!) and the work performed by the certified technician J. Stucker. In addition to performing my regularly scheduled B1 maintenance, Randy correctly identified the source of a very annoying rattle (a loose speaker cover) and "reverberation" in my audio reception. My bill was very reasonable, as I am a VIP member (thanks to Randy) and my work was performed in probably less than an hour. I am very pleased to be a Sam Swope customer for the purchase of my vehicle and the excellent service I have received. More

I was an informed customer when I walked through the door and I knew how I wanted the process to go and it met my expectations. Through the conversation Greg and the Finance and Insurance guy learned that I and I knew how I wanted the process to go and it met my expectations. Through the conversation Greg and the Finance and Insurance guy learned that I was a knowledgeable consumer and didn't try to play any games whatsoever. I did a test drive, asked for deal options with and without my trade and was able to seal the deal, get financing, get the vehicle washed and prepped while I was signing the papers and out of there in less then 90 minutes. I would definitely do business with Greg and Sam Swope Honda World again in the future. More
