I am happy with the quality of service and professioanl staff at this dealership. This is my second visit and I cannot complain. I approached the clerk at the Parts counter and was attented by Rob. I went to find out first how much it would cost me to replace the winshield wipes on my Honda Accord. He then gave me the price and I walked out. Two minutes after I return to the counter and asked him how much it was to replace the lining and he explain that it depended if the wipes were the original parts or over the counter replacements. I think he noticed that I didn't have any clue as to what he was talking about and asked me were was my car. He then went with me to my car to take a look at the winshielf wipes. He removed them and took them insided. Minutes after he told me that he could replace them and gave me the cost. I then asked him to teach me how to changed it and he did not hesitate. I actually learned how to replace the linning in the event this happens to me again. Rob, showed professioalism, patience, and excellent customer service. Kasey was excellent to work with at Sam Swope. He met my husband and I when we arrived. Asked questions to help determine what we were looking for; knew the information about the specific car that we were l husband and I when we arrived. When we asked to test drive, no problems. Got the keys and got driving. Then was patient as we looked at other cars & went back and forth to get the keys. He gave us amble time to discuss (amongst ourselves) the decisions that were needed. And when it came down to the sell, was willing to work with us and keep going back until we got an acceptable offer. He stayed with us throughout the process (even after the lot was closed and he could've went home). He also followed up the next day to make sure that there were no more questions that had popped up. Kasey was excellent and I will recommend my friends and family that are looking to buy a car to him and Sam Swope! Thank you! More

We bought a NEW 2009 Pilot directly off the showroom floor 2-yrs ago. Just this month, we were told (by an insurance co giving us a new quote) that the title was labled "branded" due to flooding! We con floor 2-yrs ago. Just this month, we were told (by an insurance co giving us a new quote) that the title was labled "branded" due to flooding! We contacted Sam Swope immediately, and they began working very hard to try and resolve the problem (that just didn't make sense). Scott Boggess, General Sales Manager, worked throughout the day contacting CarFax, AutoCheck, etc and managed to find out that an title was submitted in error by the state just days after we bought the vehicle, then they corrected it, but failed to correct the error thru CarFax and alike. All the while, in a 24-hr period, we were kept up to date throughout the process, and Scott was more than professional and helpful! This service was OUTSTANDING!! In the past 2-yrs, we have had our vehicle serviced (oil changes ...), and have received nothing but great care all around! 2-yrs ago we purchased our first vehicle from Sam Swope Honda .......... and we will certainly be back!!!!
