Nick Woodson is a straight shooter who has never steered me in the wrong direction. I am one of those folks who absolutely loved my 2005 Honda Pilot (which was a smaller vehicle than the newer re-designed model)and moved into a great 2010 CRV in search of better gas mileage. Nick quickly sensed that for my next lease, a perfect choice would have the fabulous ride you get with the V-6 engine of the Pilot with a vehicle length closer to that of the CRV -- without giving up 4-wheel drive. Nick suggested I test drive the 2012 Cross Tour, a car with 4-wheel drive. I knew nothing about it. And WOW! What a ride!!! He pointed out that I can adjust the seat fairly high to maintain the feel of driving an SUV. Add that to all the new high tech bells and whistles, and Nick was right again. I didn't know it but the 2012 Honda Cross Tour was exactly what I was looking for. Beyond his knowledge and professionalism, Nick Woodson is successful at what he does because he is the consumate people person. That is a special talent. The sales experience was very good, Tom Walker was very friendly and not pushy at all. I can't say the same thing about the service experience. After 6 months I start having steering problems with my 2011 Accord and I took it in for a check. After 5 visits over 2 months I still have the same issue and the service manager is trying to convince me that my Accord's steering wheel shaking is "normal" for a 4 cylinder car!? That's just plain wrong. For this reason I would not recommend this dealer. When you need a repair they fall short of the promise of taking care of customers during and AFTER the sale. More

We were very surprised to find out he had only been with Sam Swope for six weeks due to his immense Honda knowledge. He was able to answer most all of our questions and if he did not know the answer, he quickly found someone who did. After finishing off our paperwork with him, we went to work with Josh Alsman, business manager, and were very impressed by him. He was a great guy who was very personable and bright. These two guys stayed with us until 11:45 PM making sure that we were able to leave in our new car that night. Not once did they yawn or act like they were making any kind of sacrifice. We visited him and test drove on two different occasions. We didn't want to purchase a van on order, so he was very accommodating in getting the van for us to drive before purchasing. Haggling price was reasonably easy as well. We were hoping for a little more money on the trade and he was able to work with the finance department to reduce the overall purchase price. We would go back to Nick to purchase another car from Sam Swope. More

Eric immediately greeted us when we arrived and had the vehicle we were interested in right out front. Eric worked very hard to meet our asking price, by going back to his manager many times to try and keep reducing it to the price we offered. We did end up buying the vehicle and believe we got a very good deal for it. Eric defiantly helped us make our decision in the purchase. He helped make the trip enjoayble instead of a stressful experience like it sometimes can be. He is a very nice and friendly guy that works very hard to make his customers happy.
