I recently made the trip to Sam Swope butcause I had to get out of the car I was in and get somethng more reliable. I was extremely excited to see the interest rate, it was the best I had ever had on a vehicle and since my credit wasn't the best I couldn't believe what I was getting. I love my new car! More
This is the 2nd car we have bought from Swope. The first car I bought from a salesperson I had known years ago. This showed me the quality of the people that sell for Swope. When I bought this car from Thomas, because my other friends had retired, I felt like he was on the same level as my friends. I decided not to buy a car at Sam Swope due to the management, the only reason I rated "ok" above is because the salesman. The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and did help me find the ca management, the only reason I rated "ok" above is because the salesman. I had some questions for the manager that was out of the salesmans grasp. When he went to get him I saw the manager shake his head no. I would understand if they were busy but I was the only customer in the big lot building at the time. I also heard management treating another employee there with such disrespect that I do not understand how anyone works there. I am the CEO of a major company here in town and I would never treat an employeee they treated that young man, especially where customers and other employees can here. They were the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. Apparently, they do not care about customers or their employees. I asked who that manager was and was surprised to hear the it was the GM of that store. I would never recommend to my family, friends, or staff to visit Sam Swope at least while the GM Steve Stuber is there. More
