Took my car (2000 Honda Accord) in for an oil change and a multipoint inspection before going on a long trip. When I picked up the car, apparently my brake fluid was low and transmission fluid needed to be a multipoint inspection before going on a long trip. When I picked up the car, apparently my brake fluid was low and transmission fluid needed to be replaced because it was dirty and, according to Richard, hadn't been replaced in 5 years. ~$90 fixes each. The transmission thing surprised me, as I had just gotten the transmission rebuilt two weeks prior. I mentioned it to Richard, but he just said that the fluid looked dirty I called up the tramission shop and, sure enough, told me the fluid was new and invited me to check the transmission fluid myself using the dipstick. Brandon was great to work with. I knew what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Brandon let me know what he could do on price and once we agreed he took care of all the work so when I showed up al the price I was willing to pay. My sister referred me in to Sam Swope, and from the minute I stepped in the door, everyone was so nice!! I first talked to David Lail because he is who my sister knows so well, and he had Thomas Prinz minute I stepped in the door, everyone was so nice!! I first talked to David Lail because he is who my sister knows so well, and he had Thomas Prinzo show me several cars to find out which I liked best. Thomas was very knowledgeable on all of the cars, and very patient too, answering all my questions and showing me several cars in the rain all afternoon. David kept checking on me until I found the one I liked best, and then worked with me to get the option that would get my payment where I wanted. I had a trade in too, with high mileage on it, and felt I got a good trade in amount. The thing that was most impressive to me was just how kind hearted David, Thomas and then when doing final paperwork, Josh was!!!! They all were compassionate with my situation of being a single mom, to get me the deal I needed, and to feel great about it!! They talked with me about their families, showed pics, I truly feel like I have made new friends, not that I just bought a car. Their customer service is second to NONE!! I would recommend these guys to everyone!! Ladies, no need to feel like you will be taken advantage of here, it was a wonderful buying experience!! Thank you so much again David, Thomas and Josh!!!
