I rated this dealership and Nick Woodson 5 Stars because they absolutely deserve it! I have purchased three vehicles from Nick Woodson/Sam Swope recently, one back in November 2011 and most recently in July they absolutely deserve it! I have purchased three vehicles from Nick Woodson/Sam Swope recently, one back in November 2011 and most recently in July 2012. All of those experiences were extremely positive! I was in a situation back in November where previous vehicle "died" on me and was in need of a car. Most can attest to how stressful the situation can be. I was directed to Nick Woodson by one of the dealer mechanics, Mike Kavanaugh. Nick immediately met with me, worked with me to figure out my best option and helped me get in a new vehicle THAT DAY! Needless to say, a lot of stress was taken off my shoulders. Within a month, my other vehicle needed repair work that would have taken an exorbitant amount of money to repair. I thought of Nick and gave him a call. Within a few hours I was driving home in a gently used vehicle that is still running great to this day! Last week my oldest daughter was looking to purchase a decent used vehicle. Of course, I immediately thought of Nick. I gave him a call on a whim on a Saturday afternoon. Seemingly, Nick dropped everything and said, "Sure! Come on up and we'll take care of you!" He drove my daughter around the different lots to look at various vehicles in which my daughter was interested. We decided to come back the next day and look at a certain car she was interested in. When we came back the next day, we came to a point of indecision on a used car when Nick said, "Hold on a minute. Let me check something." Nick came back with a GREAT idea for my daughter to lease a new 2012 Honda Civic instead. My daughter went and picked out the color and was driving home in her new car that afternoon. My wife and I felt much better about her having a new car instead of used one. We thought Nick's idea was a great one! Time after time, Nick has shown kindness, courtesy and respect to both me and my family. He has shown patience each time I have dealt with Nick. In June a woman ran a stop sign and totaled my husbands car. It couldn't have come at a more inpportune time, as we had hit a rough patch financially and weren't sure what we could get.
