I had been looking for a car to get better gas mileage than my current vehicle. I found a car I thought met all of my requirements looking online at the Sam Swope website and was able to schedule a test than my current vehicle. From the moment I walked in, everyone I met was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They even piled 4 salesmen in the back seat of the car I was considering when I voiced my concern about the size of the back seat to give me an idea of exactly how much room was back there :-) The entire process was smooth and without complications from start to finish. Kevin Carter was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining my options for extended warranty options available to me. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to visit this dealership. More

My salesperson was Nick Woodson. He was very friendly, helpful and informative from the very beginning. Any questions I had he had the answer for me with no trouble. When I was ready to purchase,. he went out of his way to get the paperwork done right away. He even went out of his way to bring my new car to me since I didn't have a way to pick it up. That was great for me. Simply put: one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. Ron Towles is what I wished every salesperson could be. He listens to you: not just "hears the words coming out of your mouth and nods," but had. Ron Towles is what I wished every salesperson could be. He listens to you: not just "hears the words coming out of your mouth and nods," but actually LISTENS. He took notes when I was telling him what I was interested in and gave me several options that were spot on. I ended up purchasing a car that was perfect for me that wasn't even on my radar initially. Ron has a remarkable intuition that is hard to find in this day and age. He was respectful, friendly, and extremely helpful. I will without a doubt be coming back to see him when I purchase my next vehicle. Finance Director, David Lail, was also great to work with. He was respectful, down to earth, and knowledgable. To be honest, I had a not-so-great experience with a car purchase at Sam Swope I made a little over a year ago. David more than made up for this experience and put Sam Swope back in the high regard that I initially held them in. More
