When she arrived at Sam Swope for the surprise and saw the bow and I told her the car was for her, her reaction was priceless. It was the absolute perfect moment I had had been hoping for. My wife and I brought a brand new 2013 Honda Accord for 25,000.00, a year into ownership the tires are feathering for some reason and car starts a lou My wife and I brought a brand new 2013 Honda Accord for 25,000.00, a year into ownership the tires are feathering for some reason and car starts a loud rumbling while driving down highway. After dealership service claims that they have fixed the problem that caused the tires to feather; they tell me and my wife we must purchase a set of brand new tires to stop the rumbling. Where was....the customer service? or assistance in resolving the problem. We had stopped driving the car and left it at the dealership. Very soon afterwards we heard from our salesman Jim Hubert, he placed us in contact with management (Mike Porro) who quickly resolved our problem, and apologized for an event that turned out to be a teaching moment for the Sam Swope service dept. The cost of tires were taken care of, along with it came a courteously placed apology to my wife and I from Jim and Mike. This is my second new Honda from Sam Swope, and won't be my families last I felt they really performed outstandingly for a customer who potentially could have been lost More
Dave rocks!! I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left the dealership and received a call from Dave that they had found an impact bubble on the I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left the dealership and received a call from Dave that they had found an impact bubble on the inside of the front passenger tire and the tire needed to be replaced. I mentioned that the back driver's side tire also appeared to be leaking air. Dave priced a new tire for me and I approved the service. He then called me back and said that he had good news for me because they were going to be able to replace my tire for free due to some warranty on the car when I had purchased it (don't remember exactly what) and they had found the leak in my other tire which they were also going to able to fix free of charge. He always is very friendly and goes above and beyond to address any issues I have. I definitely will be continuing to be a customer! More

I was comparing this vehicle with another like kind and NIck was able to negotiate on our behalf to making the Honda CR-V worthy of the purchase. He was thorough in explaining everything the Honda CR-V had to offer. He negotiated hard for us and we both ended up happy with the deal. He went over every thing on the vehicle and what it does. Keith Mendenhall did a good job explaining again after the purchase how to work everything on the vehicle as well as sync my phone for me to the SUV. This our second vehicle in the last 20 years with Sam Swope. Guess we didn't walk away! Thanks Nick for you help on this purchase. We do appreciate all your help. More

Our salesman, Ryan Anderson, was wonderful and kept in contact with us while we were making our decision. He even sent us a short video of himself with our selection. The sales manager, Chuck helped make us a great deal..not a lot of back and forth over price. Billy helped us through all the financial paperwork and Delivery specialist Brittany helped me with al the tech features as I am not tech savvy. Would highly recommend Ryan and Sam Swope Honda to anyone in the market for a new car. More

My experience with Sam Swope Honda was wonderful! Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by no less than 3 people and were put in touch with our salesperson very quickly. We had ordered the Accord f entering the dealership we were greeted by no less than 3 people and were put in touch with our salesperson very quickly. We had ordered the Accord from the factory with all the extras we wanted and had been notified that the car was in and ready to go. Nick had someone go out and deliver the Accord to the showroom and then took over an hour explaining all the whistles and bells and everything there is to know about this car. He escorted us to the financial manager and made sure all the details were explained to us, and even offered coffee and water during this time. Nick was very helpful in making sure the car was everything we wanted and really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a very good experience--he even gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I needed an on the road lesson or had any questions concerning any of the accessories or gadgets included on the car. This is a hybrid Accord so is far more technically advanced than my little Civic, and he was very knowledgeable with everything this car has to offer and explained all the many processes to me in a very understandable fashion. The attention I received was awesome and much appreciated. I have always known that Honda has had an outstanding reputation, repeat customers, and wanted to be a part of their history. I want to first off start by saying thank you Sam Swope for employing Marshall Dean, because if it wasn't for Marshall I would not have found/purchased my car. As soon as we arrived at the dealership he ap for employing Marshall Dean, because if it wasn't for Marshall I would not have found/purchased my car. As soon as we arrived at the dealership he approached us with a smile that warmed our hearts. We walked around with him I know for an hour or more in the cold, and he was just enthused as we were to be there. We test drove with him and he even highlighted major specs, very knowledgeable man. Marshall cared for us 100% through the whole process, ensuring that we were taken care of. I've never met anyone like him, he valued our time and I know I bombarded him with phone calls, he never missed a one. After everything was said and done he welcomed us to the Swope family, and he's right, we didn't just feel like customers, we do feel like family. Words cannot describe how appreciative I am for Marshall. We will return to Sam Swope for future auto purchases and I will recommend this dealership to anyone.
