I love my Honda !!!!!!!!!!!!! I just traded my 2012 Honda CRV for a Loaded 2014 Honda CRV. From the time I walked in the front door until the time I left was wonderful. Everyone w I just traded my 2012 Honda CRV for a Loaded 2014 Honda CRV. From the time I walked in the front door until the time I left was wonderful. Everyone was so nice to me. Ben Matlin was the man I talked to and he did a great job. He answered every question I had. Way to go Ben!!! In the past when I brought my old one in for a oil change or anything it too was a great experience. From top to bottom its all good. I would recommend Sam Swope Honda World to everyone who is looking for a vehicle and for good service. More

Everyone whether they are in sales or service are the best I have ever met. Rabiha Mousa has worked with me on each car purchased beginning in 2001. She has been the best salesperson I have ever had and at my age I have encountered quite a few. Because she is so good is the reason I return to Sam Swope. Also, the service department is the best. As you can tell, I am a very satisfied, happy customer. I trust both sales and service departments and highly recommend both departments. Being a woman, I have had bad experiences in the past but I have never had a bad experience with Sam Swope Honda World. I do not live in Louisville but I drive my car back to Sam Swope for service every time because I know that I can depend on the service being done right for my car as well as for me. I highly recommend Sam Swope Honda World to anyone and especially Rabiha!! More
Terrible and frustrating HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Four weeks ago I went in to Sam Swope and got set up with salesperson Lollie, I ordered a specific vehicle a 2015 Honda Fit ex-l HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Four weeks ago I went in to Sam Swope and got set up with salesperson Lollie, I ordered a specific vehicle a 2015 Honda Fit ex-l in a hard to find color. Lollie was polite and worked with us slightly on the price but I was not happy about the new car package Sam Swope makes you purchase(pin striping extra floor mats ect) as it raised my cost, but as they are the major dealer they put me under the impression I would get in a timely manner and that waiting 3 weeks would be considered a long wait. One week later she calls me and says they can get me the model below I say no keep looking. I go on vacation and for two weeks do not hear from them. I called this past Thursday she was not in and i talked to manager Chuck V. who said he would look into it and call me back in ten minutes, an hour later he calls me and I am already pulling in as I had a rental to return. He says they have not found the car and cannot find a dealership with one ot trade for but they have a black one in my model and that to get my car i would have to wait until most likely October! I tell him I now have no vehicle and he agrees to let me decide what I'm going to do, and gives me a demo to drive until monday. I leave frustrated get online and find a car at Team Honda in Merrillville Indiana. They were quick and polite and quoted me at $2000 CHEAPER than Sam Swope. I drove the 4 hours and drove home with my car that night. I call Sam Swope the next day and tell them I drove 4 hours and got my car and will be bringing them back their car early. My father returned the demo today and they were EXTREMELY RUDE. They instantly jump down his throat ASSUMING that we drove the demo to get my car, which I did not nor did i ever say we did. Not believing him they went over the demo with a fine tooth comb, and would not give him the deposit until after(an hour later). Before leaving my Dad walks over to Lollie to say hello, as she had been nice, and says so did you hear what happened(meaning we purchased elsewhere) and she said with much attitude "yeah i heard you drove OUR CAR to Chicago". They also did not believe him when he told them we got the car for $2000 saying that price would be impossible and the reason they couldn't of traded for that car is that they don't deal with Illinois, too bad it was in Indiana. TL;DR Pass on Sam Swope and go to Team Honda, the service will be worth your drive. More

The minute I met Lollie Reiss and we started talking, I knew she was 100% invested in my needs and helping me get the perfect car. Having never negotiated a car lease, I was worried that it might be complex and intimidating, but Lollie made it so approachable and pleasant. I leased a 2014 civic lx for exactly what I had budgeted, so now I can spend the rest of my time, energy, and money on school. I would recommend Sam Swope Honda to anyone, especially Lollie! More

I went to Sam Swope Honda World because of an e-mail blast about leasing. I test drove 2 cars. I found the people to be pleasant and not pushy, the dealership clean and not overpowering. But my overall view of this experience with Nick Woodson and Sam Swope Honda has to be at the top of my list of best experiences. In purchasing our new Accord, Nick catered to every question, every request, and all of the test drives, research, and minutiae that we threw at him. And he did so with patience, professionalism, and kindness. I do not recall any automotive purchase experiences where I have declined some additional feature, option, or service without the sales person or business person pushing back and debating why I should spend money on such an item. But at Sam Swope they listened to me, accepted my responses, and worked with me to solve any requests - features, pricing, and in-between. It's absolutely refreshing, and is the way ALL car buying experiences should be. Well done, Nick and Sam Swope. You have a new loyal customer! More
