I recently went to Honda World for a problem with my van. Upon arriving I was helped by Rodrigo. Unprofessional and unorganized. Wasn’t being listened to or understood. Took my car in for a recall and I was first told by a rep over the phone it’d be 45mins. When I arrive I’m told 3-5 hours- which I was ok with. Get a call 8 hours later right before close that my car is ready and they are closing in a couple minutes. Coming from the service industry I don’t want to hold the workers past closing so ask if I may pick up Sunday morning instead. The representative says this is ok and to go up to the desk asking for my keys in the morning. When I arrive the front desk worker seems shocked someone is picking up their car on a Sunday and presents me with just the remote to my car. I let her know I’m missing the remaining half of my keys and she calls a man with long grey hair dressed in all white to come help who plainly tells me I can’t pick up my car until tomorrow. I told this worker my car had already been serviced and I’m only missing my keys that I need to get into my office in the morning. He rudely tells me i can’t get my car or my keys because the servicing rooms are locked and they are closed. I was beyond frustrated because I’ve been helped by 3 representatives who are clearly inexperienced. Finally when I’m about to call it a day and get my car Monday instead I believe a sales representative named Jun comes to help and looks at the paperwork the lady at the front had for my car and says the remainder of my keys were left in my car the whole time and I am good to go. I wasted an extra hour over soemthing so minuscule as reading a note their colleague left them. More
Took my car in for A12 service today. I asked to replace the windshield wiper inserts. I was later informed they could not because the wiper blades were not manufactured by Honda. I infor I asked to replace the windshield wiper inserts. I was later informed they could not because the wiper blades were not manufactured by Honda. I informed the rep that the car was only 3 1/2 yrs old and that the blades were original, and the inserts were replaced at Honda World Westminster. Rep Edward looked it up and confirmed that the inserts were replaced there but stated that they could not replace the inserts. The only option was to replace both wiper blades in the front. I reiterated that this was only the second time the inserts were replaced and the blades were original. I expressed my obvious dissatisfaction as that meant that I would have to pay for two new wiper blades, even though there was nothing wrong with the ones on the car. The rep Edward had to consult with his manager as well as the mechanic. The manager never came out. Edward apologized and stated that he gave a discount but I would still have to pay approx $100 for the blades. The total bill was over $500.00. I am very disappointed with them; I felt bad for Edward who did his best to try and fix the issue, which was clearly out of his area. I acknowledged him before I left frustrated with the service. I do not know if I will return there because of the way the situation was handled. More

I even ask them to check with the manager and tell them to type it on the text to confirm the price on the phone. When I was there, I am trying to get this deal done but they suddenly cant do it. I am really frustrated that I waste my time and money just to get there for nothing. The reason I trust them is because they are the one dealerships have the most same model cars in stock and they still can't even just keep their promise, such a waste of time, dont go there people who think they are good might be ripped off.
