The entire Downey location including the sales lot is bad. The sales people don’t properly provide you with information and they are not well informed. I was told I was getting a 7 YEAR WARRANTY STARTING bad. The sales people don’t properly provide you with information and they are not well informed. I was told I was getting a 7 YEAR WARRANTY STARTING FROM THE DAY I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. But instead they now say it’s from the in service date. On my contract it says NOTHING ABOUT STARTING FROM THE IN SERVICE DATE and I WAS NEVER TOLD ANYTHING ABOUT AN IN SERVICE DATE. They just laugh at you and say your wrong and this is what you signed even though they lied in the first place and when I look at my contract it’s says nothing about an in service date. Very shady people work here and I want a refund on my warranty. More
