I'm giving Honda Windward a 2 star review for this last visit because I had a 9:30am appt for a Maintenance B service but did not leave the dealership until nearly 4:30pm. When I booked the appt I was told visit because I had a 9:30am appt for a Maintenance B service but did not leave the dealership until nearly 4:30pm. When I booked the appt I was told it would take 5 hours. I planned to wait there for my car so I took my reading material. At 2pm, I received a call from the Service Dept notifying me that my car would be the next in line to go in. I was told that depending on when the next available technician took it in, at the very least, it would be another 1.5 hours before my service would be completed. What was the point of having a 9:30am appt if my car wasn't going in until 2pm I asked? I was so upset. I took the day off and scheduled my errands for after my appt but now not only was the whole day going to be gone but I would not be able to take care of my errands. It was completely ridiculous and not fair to my time. I seriously think they overbook their service appts. So the next time you book a maintenance appt, beware! They falsify the timeframe over the phone and make their customers wait. Also, be prepared to not get to anything else done that day. More
