The man in the service department was impatient and answered brusquely when I asked for appointment times and tried to clarify where I take my car. Then when I brought my car in, the man at the express window was efficient and got his work done but also did not make me feel welcome. No smile. No sincere gratitude for my business. Nothing to make me feel appreciated. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but decent civility is missing more and more from employees all over.
