Everyone was very friendly but the service took way too long and lacked communication. Klayton was in charge of my vehicle and he kept saying he would update me and i would hear nothing for weeks, so i wou long and lacked communication. Klayton was in charge of my vehicle and he kept saying he would update me and i would hear nothing for weeks, so i would have to check in with him, at which point he would tell me they found more damage and it would take longer to finish. I understand if the service takes a while, but the lack of communication was very frustrating to deal with. not only that but they lost one of my hubcaps, which they later located in their shop. I had some issues with my car afterwards and the manager was great with helping me out. More
