Good service & reasonable prices I never expected to use or trust service from an auto dealer. But I started going to Honda Windward when my car was under warranty and have continued I never expected to use or trust service from an auto dealer. But I started going to Honda Windward when my car was under warranty and have continued to go there since, and I have had excellent experiences with them. Their basic annual maintenance service fee is less than my old trusty mechanic’s. And you always get a coupon for a free car wash. More

Quick Repair Our CRV was towed in at about noon on a Thursday because the car wouldn't start. The service manager assigned the CRV to be checked by Rick whom we h Our CRV was towed in at about noon on a Thursday because the car wouldn't start. The service manager assigned the CRV to be checked by Rick whom we had known and had our other cars worked on for years. When we received the phone call at home that the starter needed replacement my wife and I were concerned because we were scheduled to fly out for our vacation on the following day. We didn't mention this to anyone in the repair department. We were relieved to hear that they would finish the repair that afternoon. Sure enough it was fixed and the CRV was ready as promised ensuring that we did not have to make any changes to our plans. More

75% good service I would have given a 5 star rating but I was upset that 3 different employees told me 3 different things in where to leave the car before the oil chan I would have given a 5 star rating but I was upset that 3 different employees told me 3 different things in where to leave the car before the oil change. The employees should communicate with each other in what they told the customer so they don’t confuse and frustrate the customer in what to do. One employee said I could leave the car in the entry way near the office. Another said I would have to move the car and the 3rd person said I could park it where the other cars that were to be serviced were. To make things more complicated, there was a food truck parked in the driveway so that added to the confusion. Other than that, I had good customer service and I really like the free car wash. More
