Great service, as usual My husband lost his key to my car. I called Windward Honda to see what we needed to do to replace. I was able to make an appointment. I was told the appointment would take about 1.5 hours, and was given an estimate. While they were working on the key, I took a walk. Just as I was about to turn into their parking lot, they called to say my car/key was ready, sooner than promised! It was perfect timing. To complete the happy experience, they told me the re-keying was covered under my extended warranty. Fixed before I expected, and no charge... Does it get any better? More
Fast, Friendly, Quality Service Brought my 2008 Civic in to Honda Windward for a safety check. Kanoa arranged everything. We waited in the lounge/showroom and had a cup of coffee. I dropped my car off the evening before and received a call from Eric early the next morning explaining in laymen’s terms the problem with my car, what needed repair/replacement, and the best part it was all covered under warrenty! Excellent Service My battery needed a jump and while i was waiting for the towing service I called Honda Windward Service Dept and they were able to schedule me at Expr My battery needed a jump and while i was waiting for the towing service I called Honda Windward Service Dept and they were able to schedule me at Express Service later in the afternoon not knowing how long it would take me to get there. I arrived 2 hours early but they quickly tested my battery and replaced it and I was out in just 30 minutes. With the unexpected car trouble I had, I really appreciated the excellent service from the team. I did not get the names of all the service members. More

My experience was so bad that I swore my next car would be another Honda. I am so happy to be back with the Honda Windward family! Customer service has always been excellent from the time I had my first Honda and even now. I was able to get an appointment right away. Service was completed in the time that was promised. The shuttle was prompt so I could drop off/pick up my car without wasting a lot of time. Thank you to Sophia, Eric, and Gilbert for another pleasant experience! More

I TOOK MY CAR FOR SERVICING ON MY BATTERY, THEY EA OVERALL, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH HONDA WINDWARD. THEY ARE ALWAYS FAST, FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. I TOOK MY CAR FOR SERVICING ON MY BATTERY, THEY EASILY ACCOMMODATED A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. ON THE DAY OF MY SERVICING, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND FAST.
