He is efficient, accommodating, very friendly, and professional. My newborn and toddler fell asleep in the car so instead of having me wake them and take them to the waiting room, he let me stay in the car and had the technician fix the car problem where I was already parked. I am very grateful for not only Justin’s amazing thoughtfulness and service, but also to the technician who was kind enough to brave the sun/heat/sweat to help ease the stress of this mother with a broken car. Extremely impressed with how great this service department is in comparison to ~10 years ago. More

Battery Change Justin and his mechanic quickly swapped out the battery in the van, respecting my wife's time. Since our two you children were sleeping in the van, J Justin and his mechanic quickly swapped out the battery in the van, respecting my wife's time. Since our two you children were sleeping in the van, Justin and the mechanic allowed my wife and children to remain in there, parked in sun, while they did the swap. It would have been extremely difficult for my wife to take both sleeping children out of the van and wait. We are extremely appreciative! More
