Dalton, the Service Manager, has been with them for a long time, and it’s easy to see why: he’s simply the best. He’s incredibly patient, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about his customers. He always takes the time to make sure my dad fully understands what’s needed before leaving. I recently came home to Hawai‘i to visit my dad (I come every couple of months), and during this trip, we took his car in to have the A/C fixed. I had heard so much about “Dalton” over the years, and this time I finally got to meet him in person—and he lived up to every word of praise! We also had a great experience with T, our shuttle driver. He drove safely, played awesome Hawaiian music, and chatted with my dad the entire ride—such a nice guy. The lady who picked us up later was just as friendly and helpful. Both made us feel so comfortable and well cared for. Honda Windward has always provided great , timely service for our cars. We’ve always bought our Hondas from them and the service is spot on!
