Bob Laudick assured me that I was more then welcomed to come in and test drive the vehicle. Bob assured me that there would be no pressure to buy and that I could ask for him and he would gladly take me out on the test drive personally. He also explained all safety features, technological additions like the blue tooth and rear and side cameras. He knew everything. Which is probably why I ended up buying a car from him. Nice guy too. He seems to treat his customers like friends. He even followed up my purchase with a pair of phone calls in the following days to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that everything was going okay. I went in not really knowing what kind of car I wanted, and not really knowing what car company I wanted to work with. But after talking to Bob I decided on making a purchase with Honda Windward.
