On 3/19/26 we test drove 2 cars with Robert Hennessy. We chose a CRV but we could not agree on a deal that day. The next day we got an email from Melfred Ramos (manager) telling us he can make a deal hap We chose a CRV but we could not agree on a deal that day. The next day we got an email from Melfred Ramos (manager) telling us he can make a deal happen for us for sure. Then we got a call from the salesman the next day 3/23/26 and we agreed on the price. We also set up an appt for the next day at 11:30AM to pick up the car. Just a few hrs after that call, we got a text from the salesman saying the car is sold. I want to stress THEY REACHED OUT TO US PUSHING TO MAKE A DEAL HAPPEN, AND AFTER ALL WAS SET UP FOR US TO PICK UP THE CAR THE NEXT MORNING, THEY ACTED LIKE NONE OF THIS HAPPENED AND SOLD THE CAR. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTEGRITY, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NO MORALS!!! BE PREPARED THIS MAY HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM More

I purchased my car in 2024 and currently had jist over 16,000 miles at that time. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and find out why my car was leaking oil in my parking spot. During the wait, they called me to informed me that the oil plug under the car was loose so they repla why my car was leaking oil in my parking spot.
