Lost my business as a returning customer of 8 years, purchased my car there and repeatedly returned for service. Came in for a head gasket replacement expecting a fair labor quote, however was met w purchased my car there and repeatedly returned for service. Came in for a head gasket replacement expecting a fair labor quote, however was met with what was certainly a “we don’t want your business quote” for my 2016 Honda Civic with only 59k mi. Typically jobs are quoted and billed ranging in the 12-15 hour range, instead they quoted 21 hours at $199, and refused to budge an inch quoting that “the car may have bolts that are more difficult to get out due to its age”. My car is well maintained and certainly NOT a rust bucket, so point taken - you’ve lost me as a customer and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know that this service center and sales department has no interest in customer loyalty. I left my car there for more than 2 weeks waiting for a part that then got back ordered for 2 months. I picked up my car to trade in, put in some fuel injector cleaner that cost me less than $50, and my is part that then got back ordered for 2 months. I picked up my car to trade in, put in some fuel injector cleaner that cost me less than $50, and my issue went away. I spent hundreds of dollars and and more due to time and loss of being able to drive my vehicle, and it was a simple fix that they never suggested. Other than that, people were polite and responded in a timely manner. More

2017 Honda CRV 140k service B13 - Oil Change, Tire Rotation, inspect brakes, change transmission fluid. All completed while I waited within 90 minutes. Very pleasant, efficient and washed and ready.
