The crew members were very focused on only serving who was assigned to them. I had to sit in my car for 20 mins as i dropped off the car because whoever the randomly assigned service advisor was is busy a was assigned to them. I had to sit in my car for 20 mins as i dropped off the car because whoever the randomly assigned service advisor was is busy and i was told no one else can assist. Similarly when i picked up the car, i was told my advisor was in the shop and again had to wait in the office while multiple other advisors came and went and did not even ask if i need any assistance. Eventually found out that my advisor was actually on lunch break and finally had someone give me my car keys. I did complain that other people should assist and cover for someone who is on lunch break, then i got attitude from the guy who gave me my keys saying “well this isnt even my job and im helping you already”. Unfortunately, this customer service is so disappointing in comparison to when i bought the car. More
