I had regular very good interactions with PREMIER, but with this new ownership, I totally lost my trust. April 12 was an oil change/service. The fluids were not changed or even refilled. I checked that on the spot (Subaru premises) and it was filled up when I pointed that out. So, what else was not done? ( the trust issue). I had a coupon, which gave a great discount. Could that be the reason? Sure, the car got a wash (nice gesture), but that doesn't make up for sloppy workmanship. Also experienced some condescending behavior, which NEVER happened at Premier. (woman, 72) Afterwards, I filled in the survey, mentioning my concerns, but never got a reaction. July 6. Airbag inflation replacement. If it was not for the recall, I would never have gone back to this dealership. In order to access the parts they needed working on, my belongings (not tjat many) were thrown in the back covered in thick sticky fluid. Not from my stuff....... A mess! Then they did not put the mid column together again - was hanging loose (have picture). Clearly NO SUPERVISION! I will not recommend the service department of this Subaru dealership to family or friends. More
Poor customer service. I purchased from out of state and decided on Subaru of Santa Fe as they were the closest dealership to me with the vehicle I wanted. After a 6 hour one way drive the process was pretty quick so I give kudos there, but now I have owned the car for a week I have found 2 customer service issue and a misleading issue on Subaru corporates end. Everything that is Subaru related electronically was put under my wife name (that has nothing to do with the deal other than a trade-in). I am the one who financed the vehicle. I am the one who made the downpayment. I am the one insured and registered on the vehicle, but My Subaru and Starlink are all under my wife's name. I went in for service this morning to my local dealership in Texas and my advisor alerted me to the lack of attention to customer detail from Subaru of Santa Fe. The second issue I am having is with Finance. I have contacted David multiple times via email and phone to cancel my GAP insurance as I recently secured a refinance auto loan at 2% cheaper with GAP rolled into my new loan. David was super nice while signing the paperwork, but now I need to cancel my GAP (which is perfectly legal by the way as I sold cars for Mercedes for years) he is a ghost. Every time I call the dealership it goes to his voicemail. My emails also go unanswered. I will be contacting the state attorney generals office and the Better Business Bureau to file formal complaints along with the company they use for GAP insurance. The 3rd and last issue so far (fingers crossed there are no more in the future). My sales person, dealership posters and the Subaru website all say the 2017 Subaru Impreza comes with Apple Car Play. Well my friends I purchased a 2017 Subaru Impreza WRX STI and no Apple Car Play!!!!!!!!!!! This is the Ain reason I purchased the Impreza was for this feature. Subaru should have a disclaimer as such: Available on Impreza Models only *Excludes the WRX and WRX STI models. I am beyond pissed off. I definitely feel let down by the brand. I think this will be my first and last Subaru. More

Excellent Customer Service I live in Hawaii and wanted to purchase a car for my son who is going to school in Santa Fe. I provided Alan Belt with some of the details that we we I live in Hawaii and wanted to purchase a car for my son who is going to school in Santa Fe. I provided Alan Belt with some of the details that we were looking for and he got back to me the very next day by email. Alan said he had the perfect car for us. We continued to correspond by email regarding licensure, financing, car insurance, warranties and even how to I could get from the Santa Fe Municipal Airport to the Honda dealership upon my arrival. Alan greeted us with a big smile. My son was absolutely pleased upon seeing his car for the first time! Alan spent as much time as needed instructing my son on how the use the car safely as well pointing out all of the great features that come with a basic car model. Thank you Alan for making our purchase a seamless, smooth and absolutely rewarding experience. Being new to Santa Fe, we truly felt the Aloha Spirit here! CS More
