Recall part I came to the dealership on July 27th for a recall item (air bag replacement). When I arrived, I was informed that the replacement part had not arriv I came to the dealership on July 27th for a recall item (air bag replacement). When I arrived, I was informed that the replacement part had not arrived yet, and I would have to return at a later date after the part had finally arrived. What bothered me was that they could have save me a round trip from Portsmouth by simply calling me that morning to say the part wasn't in yet. Since my appointment was at 10:30am, it would have been easy to check and make sure the part was there that morning. When I eventually go for the replacement part, I will let the service manager know that they wasted my time and gas that morning by not having the courtesy of calling me ahead of time. Amazing Help and Service after accident! I ran over a road defect on 495 and lost 2 tires and 2 rims on my 2013 Civic. We called Jeff in Service and had the car towed to this dealership. Je I ran over a road defect on 495 and lost 2 tires and 2 rims on my 2013 Civic. We called Jeff in Service and had the car towed to this dealership. Jeff was fantastic-kept in touch with me all the way, worked with my insurer and made a very bad experience so much easier by the way the service dept handled my situation. In addition, they went over the car throughly to ensure there was no other damage. We have bought all out cars at this dealership over the years-why? The Service Dept! They are exceptional!
