Way over priced Went in for an oil change and asked them to check the brakes to see if I needed new pads. They did the oil change for $32 and said I needed new pads and rotors in the back. They wanted to charge $616 to replace just the back pads and rotors. Because that's an outrages price I did not have them do the work so they charged me $115 just for looking at it. Another local garage looked at it for free and were 1/3 of the cost for just as good quality parts and labor. I went to Honda Barn because I have a warranty. I will not go back. More

Excellent professional service. I was not sure if my Honda Element needed a battery or starter. Of course I hoped for the battery but of course it was the starter. Great place to do business I have been doing business with Honda Barn for about 13 year. I have bought several vehicles and had each one serviced there. The Best Car Buying Experience. Period. After looking at different vehicles I was about to give up and just stick with a car a wasn't happy with. My Ford Focus wasn't a bad car, but it wasn' After looking at different vehicles I was about to give up and just stick with a car a wasn't happy with. My Ford Focus wasn't a bad car, but it wasn't the car for me. Honda Barn was the third dealer I encountered attempting to get a new car and I wish they had been my first. I emailed for information and got prompt responses from John. I decided to take some time and test drive a Honda Civic. I went in on a Sunday as they opened and was greeted by Bill who brought me on a test drive. Bill was very welcoming and stood behind the Honda product, which felt very genuine. As soon as I touched the wheel of the Civic I knew that I was much happier with it than my Focus. Bill did a fantastic job at describing all of the features of the car. Finally we came to the point where we had to talk numbers and that conversation was extremely comfortable. The first offer Bill brought up for my trade in and offer for the Civic was impressive. No little games were necessary to bring down the price, the price was already unbelievable. Bill and Honda Barn has shown me that car buying experiences don't have to be something you dread. They stand behind their vehicles even after you drive the car out of the lot and they are always willing to accommodate you. There are never any hassles or pressures to buy a vehicle there. We feel that "Honda Barn" is like family. We went to an auto body paint shop and got an estimate of 1800$ which Honda is refusing to pay although this is their paint and paint job. They are not offering any help or concern regarding the problem. They act as though we are lucky to be there rather than them striving to serve us. More
