I only wish that I could remember the names of the sales man and sales manager that I had worked with. If I could I would include them here. Suffice to say that neither were pleasant to deal with. We man and sales manager that I had worked with. If I could I would include them here. Suffice to say that neither were pleasant to deal with. We were looking for a used Honda Civic. (Preferably an 06 or 07 LX) Once we had arrived we were greeted with a used car salesman that was less than enthusiastic. When we asked him about cars that were available it seemed as though we were bothering him. Once we asked to test drive a car he seemed to be annoyed with us. During the test drive he was more interested in looking out the window than even speaking with me. Despite this we found a car that caught our interest. It could have been that he was new, but he just didn’t seem to care about selling me a car. Anything that had happened with the test drive paled in comparison to what came next. We started talking with one of numerous sales managers. We spoke with multiple sales managers, none of which seemed to be very capable. Very quickly a senior sales manager butted in. He was a very pushy sales man. Nothing to surprising since we were looking for used cars. What made the experience exceedingly poor was his absolute and utter contempt for our opinion in how we should spend our money. You see, he had just gotten in an 09 with ‘low’ mileage. He wanted to sell it for a good bit more than what we were negotiating for the 07 we had driven. He spent a great deal of time talking about lowering monthly payments but extending the loan. He would not even speak about the other car. Any time we brought it up he looked at us as though we were crazy. I decided to look at the car after a while just to shut him up. I’d expect an aggressive sales man when looking for cars. It was an 09 LX. They claimed that it was low mileage, but wouldn’t let me get a look at the odometer. I asked if I could test drive it, and he gave me a song and dance that he just couldn’t do that right now. He was more than happy to get me to sign the financing though. The car did look on the surface to be in very good condition. It was also cheaper than what I would expect an 09 with the mileage that he claimed it to have would sell for. He even gave me the entire pitch at how it was a car that belonged to an old woman that just drove it to church on Sunday. Even after looking at the car and seeing something that was far to good of a deal to be what it seemed at face value, he seemed to get upset when we told him that we didn’t want the 09, but were only interested in the 07. Even with his ‘great deal’ it was significantly more expensive than any reasonable price for the 07. When I flat out told him that it was more money than we were willing to pay his answer was simple. “If you want the other car so badly I’ll sell it to you for the same price as I’d sell you the 09.” He said. At that point my wife and I just left. More
I recently purchased a new CRV at this dealership. The day of the sale was not traumatic at all. Everyone was nice and smiling and listening to me. I had received an email from Willett a few days before day of the sale was not traumatic at all. Everyone was nice and smiling and listening to me. I had received an email from Willett a few days before the sale about possibly getting the first 5 months paid for me plus other "gimmicks" as well. I thought now is the time to go in and see what they have... In the end...after a month of purchase, I am now VERY upset about their service. I have one finance guy (Eric) telling me one thing on the day of the sale and another thing a month later...then an unknown finance guy who EVERYONE claims doesn't exist telling me another thing and then the manager telling me another thing. In a nutshell, their employees had a HUGE problem with miscommunication and I got screwed because of it. I was put on hold, never called back, and then talked DOWN to like I was an idiot (by Eric). This dealership has the mentality that "the customer is always wrong". If you want heartache and a mob mentality from your dealership, this is the place to go! More

My name is Ms. Nobles. On Saturday, 3/28/09, I visited your Service Department at Willet Honda. Prior to coming, I called in and spoke with a one of your Advisor-Chad (?), who advised me that you would honor Gwinnett Honda's coupon for front brake-$159.00. Although I live in Stockbridge, I choose to drive all the way to Gwinnett for any major service being done to my car, simply because of the outstanding customer service Gwinnett Honda provides... However, on this particular day it was raining really bad, and therefore I choose to come to Willet’s Service Department; closer to home… (What a bad decision) My initial contact was with your Service Advisor Matt Glass. He advised me it would take about 1hr and 45min. After waiting for "1 hour," Mr. Glass returned to advise me that I would need New Rotors. I have a 2007 Honda Accord, which I only had the Rotors turned once and brake pads replaced once by Gwinnett Honda. Therefore, I found that very hard to believe... not to mention they were requesting another $220.000; in addition to the $170 or so, I was already anticipating in paying... So at that time, I advised Mr. Glass to give me a minute before making any decision. I then contacted Gwinnett Honda and spoke with one of the advisors there. I told them what was taking place and what was being advised to me, about needing new Rotors. However, I did not tell them I was at Willet Honda Service Department. The Advisor over at Gwinnett told me there was no way I should need new Rotors at this time. He also advised me to request that you guys show me the measurement of the Rotors... and anything over 21 can be resurfaced. After speaking with Gwinnett Honda, I called “NTB” and shared my concerns... Their response was there was "No way in xxxx! I needed new Rotors.” At that time, I went back to Mr. Glass and requested to see the measurements of the Rotors. He then advised me to wait right here, which was around the corner from the garage of the service department. After a few seconds, I proceeded around to the garage of the service department; only to find Mr. Matt having an in-depth conversation with the technician-Steve, about my Rotors... basically preparing and giving head ups of my request. I immediately came over, as I noticed Steve preparing to measure the Rotors with Mr. Glass; leaving me out. I then asked Mr. Glass, "Why do you have me waiting, when I simply requested to have the Rotors measured in front of me?” The technician-Steve, slapped on the measuring equipment, as if he was agitated. He slapped it on so fast and pulled it off... I explained you didn't give me a chance to see the measurements, and nor did the technician (Steve) seem to care. I requested that he measure them again... And at that time, he did the exact same thing. I saw 22 point something. I asked the tech what did it read… he said 22.1. I questioned why do I need new Rotors when it measures at 22 or more. At this point I felt like they were trying to hustle me and just get more money out of a service I didn’t really need right now. I advised them to just do what I came in here to get, and resurface my Rotors and change my brake pads. During this time of my frustration, I was advised by your advisor-Mr. Glass, not talk to the tech, but to him only (?) But the technician-Steve, jumps back in and says, can you just listen to me for a moment… I then sarcastically asked permission from Mr. Advisory Man- Mr. Glass…was it ok to talk to the tech. As I listened to the tech-Steve, he became agitated again, because I was on my cell phone and listening to him at the same time… At that time, he began to yell, “Look at me!” Um… No, I advised… I am a grown xxx woman, and you will not speak to me like that. I am very much capable of being on my cell phone and listen to you at the same time… Technician-Steve quickly responded, “well I can just shaved them down, and as soon as you have an immediate stop; your whole car is going to vibrate and shake and cause to skid of the rode etc…At that point, I no longer trusted them to do anything with my car. I told them to just forget this, and put my car back the way you found it. I also advised them, if anything happens to me and my car while traveling from here to Gwinnett Honda, I will hold Willet Honda responsible! Your advisor-Mr. Glass, then shouted out, “Just put her brakes back on, so she can get out of here!” That was the breaking point for me… I was like, “how dare do you talk to me like I’m some animal,” all because you guys are simply was trying to RIP ME OFF! Even if it was a service I would be needing shortly or whatever the case may be… Gwinnett Honda never approaches me like this. They bring you out to you car and explain everything to you, they tell you your options or what may ne More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and insulting sales/management department. I have also never been spoken to so rudely in my life. My husband and I went in to trade unprofessional and insulting sales/management department. I have also never been spoken to so rudely in my life. My husband and I went in to trade our cars for a CRV and could not believe what a horrible deal they tried to give us. Then when we stated the much better offer that had been made to us at another dealer, the so-called "floor manager" proceeded to raise his voice, accuse us of lying, try to argue, and treat us as if we were completely ignorant. He also stated that he could “beat us at poker,” which I assume was his way of saying he could screw us over. I have never been spoken to in such a manner, especially from someone in sales, or a manager. I asked to speak to a manager above him, and this "manager" was almost as unprofessional, in his jeans/ white T-shirt/baseball cap, plus the fact that he seemed to not honestly care what I was saying. I would never by a car from this dealership no matter what deal they gave me. I am appalled that they have such unprofessional and rude people working at this dealership. NEVER BUY FROM WILLETT HONDA!! More
I had a very pleasant experience when buying my Honda Civic. They were not pushy and were helpful and knowledgable. I shopped around and their price was the best. I had an excellent experience with Willet. I live a little over an hour away from the dealership but they had the right model and color I needed at the right price. Although they suggested I put d little over an hour away from the dealership but they had the right model and color I needed at the right price. Although they suggested I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, I decided not to based on the prior reviews on this board and my concern that I was being pulled into a bait and switch. Three other dealers had told me that Willet's pricing was unrealistic and that they could not come to within $1200 of my quote as they would lose money on the transaction. I was warned by those other dealers that Willet would play tricks, force me to buy warranties, and put me in high priced financing. Interestingly, one of the dealers who was most adamant about Willet playing "tricks" called me the following day with a competitive deal to Willet's, prompting me to drive an hour plus to Willit to see if their deal was legit. The fact of the matter is they treated me very respectfully, did not use high pressure, and lived to the letter of their internet quote. Additionally, I had obtained pre-approval for financing with an attractive rate (which was 45 bps under American Honda's best rate) but Willet was able to find a rate which was another 31 bps under my Bank of America associate rate. Joel and Todd were amazing. If you are considering a new Honda I recommend you get a quote from them. If it seems to good to be true, take the time to visit as I did as it worked tremendously well for me. More
they tried to pull the classic bait and switch. Internet salesman Joel Kirk lied right up to the last minute, pretending that they actually had the car we wanted at the negotiated price (2008 Odyessy EX-L). salesman Joel Kirk lied right up to the last minute, pretending that they actually had the car we wanted at the negotiated price (2008 Odyessy EX-L). They even tried to have us sign the paperwork before showing us the car. I knew something was up when Kirk's "boss" want $500 the day before to "hold" the car until the next morning.
