I came in for my 30k service on my 09 Fit and was greeted immediately by Ken. Just from the initial conversation with him I knew that I was going to be treated fairly and honestly. Let me start by saying that Ben Vieyra is the best sales man to work with at this dealer.He helped me a week before i came in.And is still helping now.I left some items in my trade in and he called and kept man to work with at this dealer.He helped me a week before i came in.And is still helping now.I left some items in my trade in and he called and kept them for me to come get./Aside from him, ladies, be careful. The salesman couldn't spell basic words when writing down customer information. This is a family-owned and family-managed dealership, and it's clear that they care deeply about their customers, and about their reputation. We bought a new Honda Fit in 2008 which subsequently lost all the oil from the crankcase (on I-75) - and the dealer replaced the car! I was profoundly impressed - they could have stalled and cost me a lot of time and legal fees in court - but they ponied up, admitted their fault and replaced the car. They even provided my wife with a loaner car while they waited for another Fit in the right color. In exchange, we have continued to get our Hondas serviced there and will certainly but our next one there! I highly recommend these guys! More
