This is the worst dealership I ever been to. The service sucked. The salesman sucked he act like he didnt wont to be at work, like I caught him on a bad day. He was not showing any hospitality. But anyway I went to another dealership and purchased a brand new honda accord. If your looking for a car dont stop there just keep riding til you see another dealership cause they suck!!!!!!! More

I went to the dealership with a friend because of a sale. Everytime my friend was not near him, he would swear and make rude comments, This I found to be very inappropriate. I encouraged her to pay closer attention and she was upset when she saw it for herself. Because of this unprofessional behaviour she decided not to purchase her vehicle from your dealership and went elsewhere and did end up purchasing a brand new Accord from Gwinnett Place Honda. While I was there several other employees also displayed rude and unprofessional behaviour. These employees, in this economy, should understand that the consumer should not be treated badly. Rude and lacivious behaviour should not be displayed in a public dealership. While it is there work place it is also where people come to spend their hard earned money. I used to hear great things about Willett Honda, but after this experience has left a negative impression. I doubt that when I'm ready to purchase my new Honda I will not be doing it at your dealership. More

Once we signed on the dotted line service went down the drain. We were guaranteed parts that came with the Odyssey Touring (carpets,headsets, navigation DVD). We had to deal with Chris Willet who lied to us saying he had shipped us what the dealership owed us when in fact two weeks later we had to personally go to the dealership to pick them up! Buyers beware the dealership as a whole did not appear to know what they were doing. More
