When I went to the dealership it was not to purchase a car but to look at the 2013 Hondas. Eric was very easy to work with and I ended up purchasing a car. I was sold a car that I was dis-satisfied with and when I tried to return it, less than an hour after the purchase. I also asked to be traded out of the vehicle. I was told that there was NOTHING that coul tried to return it, less than an hour after the purchase. I also asked to be traded out of the vehicle. I was told that there was NOTHING that could be done and that my business was no longer welcomed. I was spoken to in a very arrogant and condescending manner by the manager's on duty Eric and Dustin. When I made a complaint to the owner, his tone reflected the same sentiments of his staff. This dealership does not show concern for client loyalty, relationship building and customer service. Most of all no concern for customer satisfaction. More

I did not receive all season mats which I paid for when I picked my car up which is somewhat disappointing. I expect that Willett Honda will follow through and ship those mats to me along with my garage ope picked my car up which is somewhat disappointing. I do not blame neither Bill or Wilbert for this mishap but the parts department. Both Bill and Wilbert were very professional and very nice. I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price . I did enjoy the soft sales approach I received from bill and Wilbert and I would rate them high on service quality. More
We have purchased 3 vehicles from Binh in the past 6 years. Binh is a great salesman who takes the time to listen to your needs and then find you the vehicle that fits your needs. We completed the pre qualification process on Honda.com prior to our final visit to the dealership so the purchase process was very quick once we decided on the vehicle we wanted. If Scott had more Salesman like Binh, his business would double. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted which is all you can ask for from a true sales professional like Binh. If you visit Willett Honda South, ask for Binh Nguyen and you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thanks Binh for all you did for us on our new Pilot. You are AWESOME!!! More
Intimidation, distraction and a "my way or the highway" attitude combine to make this dealership uncomfortable to even visit. While most of the staff is amiable enough, Jordan Nast is a brutish man with a foul mouth and an inability to communicate effectively. I am forced to assume that he is the figurative pitbull that they let off his leash when they have a customer that doesn't simply hand over money and say, "Thank you!" I had read some of the reviews on here before visiting and didn't believe that it could be as bad as described and still be in business. Well, I try to be the first to admit when I am wrong, and I was wrong. My experience was far worse than I ever imagined it could have been. I would severely recommend avoiding Willett Honda. Visit at your own risk. More
I went to willett honda for buy the new vehicle Accord, before that I got the Quote from internet. I took the same email printout,and after that they told me the email price is wrong. Horrible customer service!! Went to purchase my first vehicle from this dealer and got the absolute run around. Hogtied me into purchasing a featureless gas guzzler then called me a few days later to get vehicle from this dealer and got the absolute run around. Mr. Nuriddin claimed that the finance company I worked with required more money. Funny thing about that was, not even 1 month later when I found a better dealer, I used the same company to finance my current vehicle. Wouldn't go back if it saved my life. More
I had car trouble with my Honda while out of town (Jan 2012) and had my car towed to the nearest dealer (Willett Honda) for repair. I had work done on my distributor. I asked would the work be under warrenty at any Honda dealer and was told no, I would have to bring it back to Willett if there was a problem. 1.5 months later in a town 120 miles away I again had issues with my car. I took it to my local mechanic and after paying a $90.00 diagnostic fee was told it was my distributor. So I took a chance and took it back to Willett to have it corrected under warrenty. I made it to Willett and when they evaluated the problem it was going to cost me $440 more than the $380 I had already spent to fix my distributor. After much discussion about Willetts failure to repair the original problem I agree to the additional repairs. I left it on a Friday and was told it would be ready the next Tuesday. Keep in mind all of this work is being done 120 miles from where I live. I told Willet that I would be coming back through town on Wednesday and would pick my car up then. I was on a tight schedule to pick up the car and make a business event. When I arrived to pick up my car it had not been repaired. Willett had to order a part and did not bother to call and inform me that the car would not be ready. I asked them to bring me my car and I took it to someone else to repair. I did not want them to touch my car after that! It is one of the most unprofessional repair shops I have ever used. Do not use them! More
