My name is Joy Foster and this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I must say from beginning to end my salesmen Greg Clayton put me at ease. Not only did he get me in a 2013 vehicle he also help me through the process to obtain auto insurance and I didn't even have to leave the dealership. Mr. Clayton also taught me several driving techniques and he followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle which I am very much so. Joel Pinnell is a one of a kind dealer, and I mean across the board of all car dealers of any make or model, not just Honda. He did not waste our time, he did not try to bait and switch us, and he did not t the board of all car dealers of any make or model, not just Honda. He did not waste our time, he did not try to bait and switch us, and he did not try to make us prove to him that we'd done all of our homework on Odyssey pricing before offering us a price that not one other Honda dealer in the entire metro Atlanta area could match on EX-L (we priced Odysseys at dealers in Cartersville, Union City, and Chamblee). He broke down what we'd be paying clearly and quickly, and he was completely up front that to get the price he was offering, we would have to use Honda financing (it was amazing to us how much other dealers hemmed and hawed on that point). Nothing ever changed from his first offer to the time of purchase. His ONLY limitation is his inventory - I realize now that he is so incredibly efficient at getting cars sold that Willett was the only dealer we ran into who was out of stock in colors my wife wanted. Willett has a great reputation on the internet in car pricing services - and the one name that keeps coming up with those great reviews is Joel's. You're lucky to have him - almost as lucky as we were to be able to deal with him. More

Great Customer Service! My sales expert was Rodney Christian. Mr. Christian was very considerate, up front, and knowledgeable.
