No diagnosis. I have a intermittent starting problem. I dropped the car off at 6.00 am to have it diagnosed, problem was not fixed. Was given a relay switch as a I have a intermittent starting problem. I dropped the car off at 6.00 am to have it diagnosed, problem was not fixed. Was given a relay switch as a slim possibility that it would fix the problem it didn't.The whole reason I dropped it off all day was for it to be diagnosed and repaired. Was charged $180.00 for basically nothing. Was told tech spent three hours on it and called the hotline next step would be to open it up to check wiering. Additional charge. More

Thanks Lynn Zeman for great service I left my 2002 Honda Oddy minivan for inspection of front end noise. I thought a suburban pothole had broken something in front suspension system. I left my 2002 Honda Oddy minivan for inspection of front end noise. I thought a suburban pothole had broken something in front suspension system. Lynn called me and said after a test drive and lift inspection they could not find anything damaged. She said one front strut is leaking fluid and probably should be replaced soon. I decided to hold off on the replacement for a while longer. I wanted to be certain the car was safe for my wife to drive everyday. It is. I then asked Lynn to replace the transmission fluid while she had the car for the day. Thanks Lynn for your honesty and great service! Mike Foster More
