Honda On Grand - Service Center

Scheduled oil change, waited almost 2 hrs for car to be done. Oil change was completed improperly, oil pan lug nut not properly tightened. Oil was leaking on driveway and garage floor. After adding a quart done. Oil change was completed improperly, oil pan lug nut not properly tightened. Oil was leaking on driveway and garage floor. After adding a quart of oil went back to Grand Honda to fix the oil change. Not happy with the service, from loyal customer that serviced vehicle there since new purchase. More

I bought my 2012 CR-V at Honda on Grand and have serviced it there ever since. They will match lower prices. The service used to be A+, but now I’ll give it a B. A small thing - but a sign they aren’t what they used to be. Maybe it’s tougher now to hire first-rate people, but it is a bit disappointing. More
