I am very dissatisfied with my visit to Honda on grand. I took my car in for a simple oil change and was told that there were five additional service needs. One of which was to replace the timing chain a I took my car in for a simple oil change and was told that there were five additional service needs. One of which was to replace the timing chain and the tensioner for my Honda Accord. After being pressured by your service associate to get that service done, my gut feeling told me that my chain was being yanked. So I declined to spend over $1400 on service that your employee dishonestly told me needed to get completed. I have taken in my car to the Midas in Addison and was not only told that the timing chain did not need to be replaced but that the rear brakes were fine. I will never be taking my service business to your dealership ever again and in a couple of years when I need to purchase my next new Honda, I will not consider buying it from Honda on grand. This is from one of your past customers that bought a new Honda CR-V from your dealership in 2012. More
