Had to call multiple times to check on status of my car vs. someone providing an update since my car was kept for 4 days and after I got the car the wireless charger is not working. While I bought my car at the dealer, I probably won’t be coming in for any service but I do have to make one more trip for my broken wireless charger that they broke. More

Additionally, when checking out at cashier, they couldn’t find my paperwork, dispute calling me letting me know my vehicle was completed and k hours.
