I made an appointment via the website, which asked if I would be using the shuttle, waiting at the service station, or if I had a ride. I indicated that I would be waiting. When I arrived I was told that I would be using the shuttle, waiting at the service station, or if I had a ride. I indicated that I would be waiting. When I arrived I was told that I needed multiple services and it would take 2 hours. I did not have 2 hours to wait, so I asked if a simple oil change would be quicker and I would come back for the other services when i had more time or a ride. They said yes, it should be an hour-hour and a half. Which was still too long, but I hoped it would only be about an hour. Well, just the oil change took 2 hours and 10 mins. I recently purchased this car form Honda on Grand and would prefer to have all maintenance done at their service station while under warranty, but this makes it very difficult to rationalize a $90 oil change that sucks up over two hours of one's time. Additionally, I used to go to the Honda service station in Chicago and they always washed the car, whether it was an oil change or engine rebuild, and that was a nice perk. More

After servicing the car I’ve had them leave the dash notification on and I have to go back to have it turned off. This last time was very inconvenient as I had a safety check for leaving on a long cros notification on and I have to go back to have it turned off. This last time was very inconvenient as I had a safety check for leaving on a long cross-country trip and I had to pull off and find out if something was wrong with the car and get the light turned off. This has happened before I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership and you get absolutely nothing back for it. I think I’m done. More
