I had scheduled service at 1030. I dropped off my car at the scheduled time and was told it would be “a couple of hours” so I arranged for a ride to not have to wait at the dealershi I dropped off my car at the scheduled time and was told it would be “a couple of hours” so I arranged for a ride to not have to wait at the dealership. I did not received a call for pick up until 630PM. Eight hours for a scheduled 30K maintenance check and being told it would only be “a couple hours” was disappointing. More

Kevin did an excellent job helping us diagnose the problem where we smelt gasoline while driving. We were out of town and were worrying if we could drive home safely. We drove-in to Honda on Grand and Kevn graciously took us in without an appointment. It turned out that there's no safety concerns. That gave us a huge sense of relief! Going above and beyond, Kevin also offered to install a recall part that is still not available in our hometown! We are so glad that we chose to go to Honda on Grand for an intended emergency fix and ended up with getting the parts that we have been waiting for months! This is, by far, the best experience we have with a Honda dealership service department! Thank You! More
