I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership, primarily due to the behavior of the service advisor. He was unprofessional, unfriendly, and overall unpleasant to deal with. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear lack of courtesy and communication. Absolutely no effort was made. The entire interaction left a bad impression, and I have no intention of returning. There are plenty of dealerships that understand how to professionally do their job and treat customers—this is clearly not one of them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and so are all of the people who I’ve recommended. More

I asked on the phone and in person multiple times for the price and all were evasive on the cost of the key. Only price quoted was the labor. No one could tell me the price of the key. I found out upon payment it was 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF LABOR! That was intentional and xx GAMES AT MY EXPENSE! If you wanted to xxxx off a customer…mission accomplished! The money wasn’t what pissed me off, it was the intention behind the deceiving information and not being forthcoming. I was also told 30 minutes. Neither true. Good job on losing a customer. More
