Staff was very courteous and environment is friendly. With free Wi-Fi and laptops waiting time does not seem long. Based on my experience, Honda on Grand is my choice for my car in all future times. This Dealership without question is utterly the (poorest) quality Dealer/service establishment to do business with. Upon every visit to Honda on Grand for service, the service reps/managers scrupulously che quality Dealer/service establishment to do business with. Upon every visit to Honda on Grand for service, the service reps/managers scrupulously cheat money out of customers in any way possible. Reps always pressure customers to approve extra parts and labor that is not even needed. The reps refuse to let customers say no. When asked about questionable prices ,the reps repeatedly try to avoid the situation and rudely disengage. The prices of some parts are exageratedly outrageous and the reps themselves know it which is why they try to disengage the conversation when being questioned about the prices. The experience of purchasing a new/used vehicle from Honda on Grand was also a Terrible experience. Rude, lackluster and scrupulous Sales and finance reps/managers made for an unacceptable buying experience. Even the New car dealer switch board operator is extremely poor quality and rude. Honda on Grand has permanently lost the business of this customer. After looking around the internet, clearly it seems the word has already spread to avoid Honda on Grand at all costs. On a scale of 1 - 5 this Dealership's staff rates at a -10. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Do NOT bring any business to this delarship for service. Avoid at all costs. More
I was treated very rudely by the service manager when I came back to say the key they had made did not work. He acted as if I was an idiot and did not know how use the key. I then explained that my husban came back to say the key they had made did not work. He acted as if I was an idiot and did not know how use the key. I then explained that my husband and son could also not get it to work. After it was fixed he never apologized. FYI_ to make the key, which is just a normal key (not a remote key fob) they charged me over $70 and it took two trips to the dealership. More
My job recently moved and this dealers service center is less than a mile from my new location, so due to convience I decided to try them. I just needed a oil change and a tire rotation. Its my wifes car and I dont drive it much but I do handle the service. On the way there I noticed that one of the tires were low and the remote did not work. I got there and was greeted by Lynn Zieman. I told her what I needed and mentioned the tire and key. She told me I needed both keys to fix the one remote, I asked her since the key is part of the remote could Honda just replace them to fix the problem? "No way you have to come back with both keys." OK, so I told them no hurry I would pick up the car after work, Could I get a lift back? Nope "Shuttles not working" Ok, I'll walk back, Will you wash it for me when you are done? "We dont wash cars here" I picked up the car 6 hrs later and drove off. Fast Foreward to 2 weeks later, wife says tires low again. I take it to the local service staion and Suprise! all the tires are over inflated by 15psi (I asked Grand to check all the tires due to the low one) I am missing 2 lug nuts and one is finger tight on one of the wheels. My local guy patched the tire (Which I think a dealers service center could have figured out) i was on my way. Hey Grand Honda! Get with the program. Make you customers walk back to work? No car wash? Putting someones family in peril?? All served up with a big attitude of I DONT CARE which is why im posting my comments here as opposed to the dealer. More

They changed the power steering pump, and lubed the sliding door and did a battery test. They told me that the battery was fine, and the sliding door was fixed. The sliding door was not fixed, when I started my car and put it in gear I still got the warning buzzer. And they killed my battery, It won’t stay charged for more than 10 hours, and they still don’t know what’s wrong with it. I went back to complain that they didn’t fix my door and why would they let take my car if they knew it wasn’t repaired. They told me that I knew about the problem and I said that it was ok to leave my car unrepaired. This dealership is a joke. I wouldn’t even trust them to change my oil in my cars, or put air in my tires! More
Terrible service. I had paint issue (warranty issue)with my new Odyssey. The front desk person refused to take the Van - "We don't fix body parts". Spent and hour to complain to the manager. Manager heard the complaint and said - "What am I suppose to do?" and he left immediately without waiting for my response. I left. Went to another dealer and got my van fixed under warranty. More
Terrible experience with their service center. Please take your car elsewhere for your service. Went for my 30,000 miles service on my Honda Accord, and had a coupon that if you pay over $500 it saves yo take your car elsewhere for your service. Went for my 30,000 miles service on my Honda Accord, and had a coupon that if you pay over $500 it saves you $50. Not to mention how many phone calls I got during the service that they needed to add so and so for a rise in the initial quote from $355 to $645. So I thought I will just use my savings coupon to save at least the $50 they promised if you pay anywhere over $500. when I showed up later to pick the car up and pay, they were surprized that I had such a coupon. And kept on trying to convince me that they cannot accept the coupon because they already used another savings coupon towards my invoice and they cannot combine coupons. When I asked the service guy (JEFF) to show me in the bill where exactly did they use any savings coupon on my bill he kept on saying it won't show but they are sure they saved me a lot. This was completely bogus, they just didn't want me to get the $50 discount. I told them the coupon is even advertised on their website and how come they dont abide by their promises to customers, and if they advertize then they have to keep their promise. Long story short, they didn't accept THEIR OWN coupon and I paid the total and was completely stunned by how dishonest this dealership is. Please take your money elsewhere and search for another trustworthy place to service your car. More
I drove in with what I thought was a minor turn signal replacement and after a very reasonable amount of time, I was told that there was a bigger problem with the signal and that I would have to either l replacement and after a very reasonable amount of time, I was told that there was a bigger problem with the signal and that I would have to either leave the car or come back the next day. Since I had other obligations, I chose to come in the next morning... After the car was checked over and the problem found, other service items were checked and found to be needing attention. I have been a regular service customer at another dealership and thought these things would have been tended to over the time I was going to have my car serviced. One of the reasons I pulled into Honda on Grand was because of the rushed service process at the other dealership--not that they didn't take their time with the repairs--but that you always felt that they were trying to get through your service to get to the next person--even down to the cashier.....I never looked forward to taking my car in to be serviced there. I was VERY impressed with the service at Honda on Grand. Your staff definitely make the customer feel like they count. More
