Honda On Grand responded

It is unfortunate that Mr Bob Rundgren had bought a vehicle from a family member that was a in a wreck and had all the air bags deployed. It is also unfortunate that Mr. Rundgren does not understand the American Honda Motors inflator recall. He is expecting to put blame on everyone instead of owning up to his mistake of buying a wrecked car and expecting everyone else to pay for his mistake. Honda is recalling Inflators and is Not rebuilding wrecked cars. After his obnoxious, belligerent ways on the phone with multiple staff members, I had to step in to explain that the recall does not rebuild his car & I apologized that he bought a wrecked car, Mr. Rundgren has NEVER been to this dealership or any other Honda dealership in our zone, but yet he feels the right to be belligerent to a phone operator. Sad
