Bad service I have a really bad experience on Honda on Grand when I bought the car they force me to take extended warranty service. When something happened to the car I bring it to the dealership there attitude was really bad . No you are there enemy they treat you like a xxxx. That guy i talk to is a xxxxxxx. His name is Norbert Binczak . He is not helping me. He supposed to helping me as a customer. They said I need to call the warranty people they're not going to call them for me, so I call them while I talking to them He ask the warranty people u guys pay for the physical damage. That's not his business to ask them the question. He asking them u guys pay for this or not. Let me deal with them. Also he exaggerating the situation so badly he put in fuel on the Fire. While I'm talking to them he bring estimate and telling me I have to pay for the wheel and everything. He telling the warranty people you guys not supposed to pay for the wheel and everything. They know what they got to do, they don't need his opinion. Also he telling them i give u the total estimate so u guys can denied the clam.The guy I talked to the warranty service he even telling me what's wrong with the guy he's not helping you anything. So my suggestion is do not go to the Honda on Grand. Even if you go do not buy extended warranty service. I am a Indian guy,I am going to put this on facebbok, twitter, Instagram. Also I am going to tell all my friends and family's and all my community. Also they cheat on my Towing Bill tow company only charge them $240. They told me the bill is $300 and I called myself and they told me the charge is only 240. They try to cheat on me a $60. More

Twice I thought I needed front brakes replaced on my Oddy and twice she told me..."not yet.. you have another 6-12 months before you really need them replaced. A year has passed and this time I did need to have the front brakes replaced. I asked Lynn if she had a discount coupon I could use and she said, Yes, I do have a coupon available! Terrible Customer Service, they will lie to you! My nephew gave a Honda Civc to my daughter, the airbags had deployed prematurely due to a recall. Before accepting ownership of the car I called Honda on Grand asking if all airbag repairs would be covered under the recall telling them no less than 4 times that the airbags had deployed prematurely sending my nephew to the hospital. MaryAnn there assured me the car was covered and would be fixed at no charge. I take a day off work to bring the car in and the service manager says the airbags won't be covered despite what the dealership had committed to and told me to call Honda US. The service manager was rude and said all MaryAnn does is answer phones, yet she told me specifically that she would check everything out and call me back, which she did assuring me everything would be fixed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! More
lied to me on service cost I went in to Honda on Grand to get a duplicate key for my crv. I was quoted 63.00. After they rang me up I was told it was 138.00. I told the cashier Angelica I was quoted 63.00 by Kevin in parts. She said it's not his fault, very snotty and condescending and he is only the parts guy - I told her that's not my fault. No one told me there was an additional service fee involved. She got one of the managers Mike (who I thought was very nice) and he said NO, it's 138.00 due to the labor to reprogram the key. Again, I said - why is that my fault that I was not told about the additional fee? The girl kept saying "that's not our fault" she was really snippy...and nasty. He said he would hang onto the key until I got the rest of the money. I said I shouldn't have to and then he finally offered me 10% off which I accepted but I am really upset. I feel they stole money from me and are a bunch of sleazy jerks. Thank god I didn't buy my car from them in the first place. I will never go back there again. They are crooks. I want my money back. Staff was very courteous and environment is friendly. With free Wi-Fi and laptops waiting time does not seem long. Based on my experience, Honda on Grand is my choice for my car in all future times. Upon every visit to Honda on Grand for service, the service reps/managers scrupulously cheat money out of customers in any way possible. Reps always pressure customers to approve extra parts and labor that is not even needed. The reps refuse to let customers say no. When asked about questionable prices ,the reps repeatedly try to avoid the situation and rudely disengage. The prices of some parts are exageratedly outrageous and the reps themselves know it which is why they try to disengage the conversation when being questioned about the prices. The experience of purchasing a new/used vehicle from Honda on Grand was also a Terrible experience. Rude, lackluster and scrupulous Sales and finance reps/managers made for an unacceptable buying experience. Even the New car dealer switch board operator is extremely poor quality and rude. Honda on Grand has permanently lost the business of this customer. After looking around the internet, clearly it seems the word has already spread to avoid Honda on Grand at all costs. On a scale of 1 - 5 this Dealership's staff rates at a -10. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Do NOT bring any business to this delarship for service. Avoid at all costs. More
