I bought my Ridgeline at Honda on Grand and have always had it serviced there. Service has always been great with this team! Kevin (Brown) kept me informed every step of the way. The service in my opinion was awful. I went in for an oil change with a coupon for wiper blades.They didn’t appear to be busy with on other person waiting. After quite sometime I was t I went in for an oil change with a coupon for wiper blades.They didn’t appear to be busy with on other person waiting. After quite sometime I was told they could not do the free wipers even though I purchase my Honda from them. I was then presented with suggestions of other filters they could change in the price range of over $900. When I inquired as to why wipers couldn’t be done and $900 dollars, I was told “that’s what the mechanic said”. In essence don’t bother me with questions. After that I asked her about the idiot light on my dashboard , she went away ,came back and told me “good news “ I have a nail in my tire but they can repair it. It’s now been close to two hours ,when I asked how long would this take I was told about other hour or so. I said I would be back since I had an appointment. It was drivable when I got there so put air in and I would be back the following day. Finally, they finished the oil change. she comes with the paperwork takes me over where I can pay and leaves. Not thank you ,sorry for the wait, not see me when you come back for the repair , not your car is located over there, nothing! Because now it’s close to her going home. I called the next day to talk to the service manager. Someone answered for him, telling me I just missed him. I then explained not only were the wiper blades not done but they over charged me for the oil change and I now have a completely flat tire and can’t get back to get repaired. I was informed they close in a hour , don’t tow,Sunday they are closed, the female service advisor is off. The only good thing is he suggested if I have road side service they handled it. I then requested that he asks the service manager to contact me on Monday. I am still waiting to hear from over a week. Service was not only borderline rude when I asked questions, the service advisor couldn’t read their customer even after I repeatedly asked how long would this take and overcharged without providing the the offer I went in for. Service failed on all counts! Rude, disrespectful of my time, doesn’t come across honest, trustworthy , friendly or even competent. I would barely give them 1 star. More

Dropped off my car at 11:33 am, took the shuttle to the gym that was less than 8 minutes away. Got a text that my car was ready at 1:05 pm. I went for my routine maintenance, which included an oil/filter change, as well as an AC repair covered by my extended warranty. Everything was taken care of in a single visit. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a technical hiccup, and it took them longer than expected, but they gave me a discount for the extra wait before I even asked.
