Disappointed. Took car in and it took several hours for diagnosis. They did note headlamp replacement still under warranty and needed to set appointment to repla Took car in and it took several hours for diagnosis. They did note headlamp replacement still under warranty and needed to set appointment to replace cat converter and would complete both. I was given an 8:30 am appointment. However, when dropping off the car, I was told the mechanic doesn't arrive until 9:30 that morning. After several hours, I texted for an update. The response took a long time and was written exactly as follows: "Unfortunately, we received the wrong converter. The correct part is on backorder with no ETA. So today I was only able to completed your recall, and headlamp replacement." It seems that the backorder, if ordering the correct part, should have been noted at time of order. I appreciate the recall headlamp replacement, but feel I wasted two days and the problem isn't fixed. I was told just to see the cashier (no charge, as car wasn't fixed), but there was no conversation or direction as to what to do next...just the text. Now I have to find this part elsewhere as it appears Honda has no near-term solution or recommendation. I have been researching new cars to make a purchase in the next few months. I previously purchased this car and a CRV from this dealership and was happy with the reliability of both cars. However, I now have reservations on purchasing another Honda. More
