Poor experience. I went in with a specific vehicle error code, which they fixed in a timely manner. They said they weren't responsible and denied liability, while quoting me a $250 fee to diagnose the problem. This was my first and last experience with them. More

I am a73 year old women who’s drives my children to school and taking them to various activities my car is extremely important to be safe - I take good care of my car . My rental car reeked of marijuana that also was met with nonchalance - only the service manger was of any help . Due to James demeanor I am thinking of not replacing my Honda with another Honda but finding a different make of car . Honda on Grand has not been very helpful to me at all!
