When I purchased my car, they told me the car wash is always free and open. They don’t do car wash after the service anymore. I complained that the mileage has gone down from 39 miles to 33 miles, the as always free and open. They don’t do car wash after the service anymore. I usually have a good experience, but not this time. Kevin Brown repeatedly told me the suspension repair needed for my vehicle is not covered by my factory extended warranty that was purchased at their Kevin Brown repeatedly told me the suspension repair needed for my vehicle is not covered by my factory extended warranty that was purchased at their dealership. I had to do all of the leg work to verify coverage for the necessary part. Mr. Brown never verified by part number to ensure the repair would or would not be covered. Thanks to another advisor, I was able to get the repair done through my warranty at a later date. I wish to never work with Mr. Brown again as he does not aim to truly take care of his clients to provide a wonderful service experience. More
