We took the car in for an estimate and were told upfront we needed to pay $200 for the inspection. When we received the results, we could not afford the required repairs and opted not to. This is all expected, but we later heard from friends who had a similar experience, but their dealership worked with them to find a way to get at least SOME services for the inspection fee-- new key fobs, I think. We didn't know to ask for this or we would have. Disappointing they didn't offer it though. More
