I am totally confused why is that done because I have already paid in cash. I am not applying for a loan on a new or used car or any kind of financing. Thanks. More

This is the worst dealer ever met. There works a person named Matt in financial department. He is very aggressive, does not know his work, the least competitive person ever met. Do not go there. Just the idea of a car note caused me to fear making this decision. However, I was at a point where the cost compared to taking the bus and borrowing someone's car out weighted the cost of a monthly payment. Jerry made the process easy and was understanding about my lapse of memory in discussing the initial, first month's payment. I was pleased by his kindness and generous spirit. After accepting that a car payment was part of having a new car, I was able to be grateful and enjoy the experience of having a new automobile. More
I came in to purchase a new car, but had very awful experience. First, I made it clear that I wanted to pay cash, not finance in the very beginning. But they tricked me in and after signing all the doc experience. First, I made it clear that I wanted to pay cash, not finance in the very beginning. But they tricked me in and after signing all the documents, said I had to finance. Second, when I insisited I should not finance, the manager just became furious and shouted loudly at my friend and I. We drove about 40 miles for the round trip, but only being cheated and bullied. Please reconsider this car dealer if you have contact with them. I would rather buy from another dealer even with a higher price. AWFUL. More
John Weldon the internet sales representative was just outstanding! He is very responsive in his emails, gave us a great competitive/honest quote and in person was just a pleasure to work with in helping outstanding! He is very responsive in his emails, gave us a great competitive/honest quote and in person was just a pleasure to work with in helping us purchase of our 2013 Accord EXL, which we just love. Dion Glass the sales manager was great too in working to finalize the deal with no-nonsense. True to their quote we got the car we wanted for the price they quoted in a very efficient and timely manner. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've had yet. The service shop even fit in my 2007 Pilot for an AC compressor repair i was putting off and gave me a fair price with quick service and no surprises. All in all, a very good experience and I'd go back for sure. More
My initial experience was great. I was originally in for service on my 2010 CR-V but decided to inquire about the possibility of trading in for an updated model SUV. I was not greeted by any sales men and service on my 2010 CR-V but decided to inquire about the possibility of trading in for an updated model SUV. I was not greeted by any sales men and there was more thena handfull out on the floor. I approached John (salesman) and asked for information on trading in as well as explained to John that our credit was not what it used to be when we originally purchased our first Honda from the same dealership 3 years ago and that we understood our chances for financing were slim. The whole sales experience after that was great. When it came time to finance my paperwork was drawn up by the Manager of Finance Matthew Murray. Matthew was pleasant and though it took him some time to get a bank to finance my loan he was able to draw up a contract not without him making us aware that "due to our poor credit score he had to work hard to get us a deal". Matthew even stated "I'll tell you what, I will throw in some GAP insurance and an Extended 7 year warranty on the house". The entire experience took 4 hours. The next morning as I went over the Retail Installment Contract and realized the GAP and Warranty charges were not "on the house" but Matthew added them both to the amount we financed. I called for Matthew and asked that he explaim the contract to me to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding. Matthew was instantly rude and placed me hold as I was speaking. He gets back on the line and with a very defensive tone asked "what is it that you need?" I asked Matthew to kind of walk me through the contract since he promised me services on the house but instead added them to my finance charge. Matthew got very upset on the phone called me by my first name asking "What is it that you want from me I don't get it. I worked magic to get you the best deal any someone like you can get. Let's face it with your credit it couldnt of been better". I got very upset and told him that was no way to speak to a customer. Matthew proceeded to state "Look even though I added those to your finance I was still able to do you the favor to by getting you a low APR on your loan and that was not easy for someone like you". I'm not sure what offended me the most between the fact that Matthew kept on stating "someone like me" or his Rude and Cocky tone towards me. Not content with how far he had taken his rudness he stated that the 2010 CR-V that I traded in had bad breaks that would cost him over 2K to fix and due to this he was having dificculty with the finance department and he would probably be calling me back to ask for the new purchase to be returned since the car they took in was more of a liability. (Please note: any an all maintenance hs been done by the Same dealership. The original reason for my visit was for scheduled maintenance on the rear breaks which ther service department quoated $260 for the replacement of the breaks). Matthew rushed me off the phone and stated he would call me once he heard back from finance on the issue. The call ended. I was very upset and called back for a manager, i was transferred 3 times before someone took a message for Ray Abdi the General Manager. I was told Ray would call me after 1pm. A couple minutes prior to 1 pm I get a call from what I thought was Ray Abdi but I was wrong. It was Matthew Murray asking me "what was my deal?" I told Matthew I didnt want to speak with him that I wanted to speak with Ray. Matthew stated "I know that! Ray told me to call you" (clearly Ray passed the bug but I guess i shouldn't expect much from Ray if he's management team can be this rude and get away with it I guess we shouldn't expect much from the general manager either." I expressed my fraustrations to Matthew and told him that he was no one to talk to customers in that rude, cocky demeanor. Matthew responded "Yeah!" I said I dontunderstand why you are being rude. Matthew got upset once again reminded me that I was not in a great position credit wise and that I should be thankful to him for working out a deal for me" and proceeded to say I have one of 2 options either I return the new car! I cut matthew off and asked that he have Ray call me as I didnt want to keep on putting up with his attitude. Correct me if I'm wrong but I am the one paying for the vehicle not the other way around. Giving me a car that I dont have to pay for is a deal! But this is not the case. Finally Matthew said he would have Ray give me a call. Once Ray called me I explained all of the above. Ray washed his hands so fast by saying that he has worked with Matthew for years and has had no complaints and that Matthew was currently under alot of pressure due to some unfortunate family matter (which i will not jot here as a form of respect to Matthew; which he hasn't earned). The fact that Ray would share such personal matter with me was inappropriate let alone to use it towards me so I can have some pitty for Matthew (low blow). I responded to Ray by saying we all have personal crap to worry about but that doesnt justify the way Matthew treated me and I dont have to take xxxx from him. Ray agreed and stated he would talk to Matthew (I'll make sure not to hold my breath on this). My conversation with Ray ended well. But after discussing the issue with my spouse we decided we no longer wanted the vehicle after the way I was treated. I called Ray back to ask what my options are and he was very blundt stating there is nothing that can be done once we sign the contract the deal is sealed. Needless to say this was the worst customer service experience ever with the exception of the salesman John and Ray the general manager for at the very least taking the time to call me back. More
