lied to me on service cost I went in to Honda on Grand to get a duplicate key for my crv. I was quoted 63.00. After they rang me up I was told it was 138.00. I told the cashier Angelica I was quoted 63.00 by Kevin in parts. She said it's not his fault, very snotty and condescending and he is only the parts guy - I told her that's not my fault. No one told me there was an additional service fee involved. She got one of the managers Mike (who I thought was very nice) and he said NO, it's 138.00 due to the labor to reprogram the key. Again, I said - why is that my fault that I was not told about the additional fee? The girl kept saying "that's not our fault" she was really snippy...and nasty. He said he would hang onto the key until I got the rest of the money. I said I shouldn't have to and then he finally offered me 10% off which I accepted but I am really upset. I feel they stole money from me and are a bunch of sleazy jerks. Thank god I didn't buy my car from them in the first place. I will never go back there again. They are crooks. I want my money back. More
Best price, great experience Just bought a new 2015 Honda Accord LX. I got a good price online from Jerry. I went into Honda and Igor met with us and let me test drive. The Accord I test drove was white, but Igor even went to the lot to get a silver Accord for me to compare the color with the white Accord I test drove. Igor also showed me the Obsidian Blue color on a Honda Pilot, since I was thinking about getting the blue accord. They did not have a blue accord at the moment, but they could have gotten me a blue Accord from another dealership with the same great price I got from Jerry. After seeing the Blue Honda Pilot, I went with silver Accord since the Blue gets dirty or looks dirty faster. The next day, Igor gave me the vin number for the silver Accord so we can give it to our insurance company. Igor was not pressuring. I got a good deal on the car, and was able to get the rubber floor mat and rubber trunk tray for a good price. I did not want the wheel locks so he let us buy just the rubber floor mat and trunk tray. The finance guy Mariusz was good too. We did not feel uncomfortable or pressured in there. This is our second time buying a new car from Honda on Grand. The last time in 2009 was a good and easy experience as well. I contacted 12 other Honda's for their out the door price on the Accord LX, and Honda on Grand always have the best prices. This is a good dealership, and Igor is a good sales consultant. More

Great Experience! I did a lot of research on line prior to the purchase of my 2015 Honda Odyssey. I negotiated online with 5 dealerships. We made the appt to come in. He was working with another client,but had a car for us to take a look at out while he finished up. When we were ready to purchase there was no hidden fees, no haggling over accessories. They matched our car max price on a trade in. The process took 2 hours and it was quick and easy. Jerry is true to his word, he went over the vehicle with us. He was fantastic to work with. The finance dept obviously wants to sell you the warranty, so they were pushy, but I expect that from them. But, they were not rude. They treated us with respect. As a woman and as a first time car buyer, I couldn't have had a better experience! More

He was very lively, energetic and knowledgeable about the civic. I have been shopping for cars for the past 3 or 4 years, it has been very hard to sell me, but Johnathon's charisma and attitude is what got me in a new car.
