Great first car buying experience This was my first time going through the car buying experience and wasn't sure what to expect after hearing so many negative stories from others. It This was my first time going through the car buying experience and wasn't sure what to expect after hearing so many negative stories from others. It turned out to be a great one. Ryan had sent a quoted price to me via email for the Accord Sport, and confirmed that price right when I walked in the door. There was minimal negotiations on my trade in. They came in much lower than the highest offer I received else where but we quickly worked something out that was closer to that number so I felt more comfortable. After that we filled out the forms and worked with Luke who helped setup the financing. He was very friendly and helpful in getting this part of the process. Two hours after showing up, I already had the keys to the new car. I probably would have been out of there sooner had I not had to setup a newer insurance policy. Excellent experience, and could not be more pleased with my new Accord. More

Easy, no hassel & no one could beat the price We were set to buy a Honda from another dealership but I went to Edmunds.com and filled out some info to get prices from other dealers, just in case. Sam Syed is the Best! But do NOT finance here! This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from this dealership however last time they were under different owners. I was lucky to get Sam Syed sold me the last car and who always had a smile on his face, attentive and listened to what I needed. I know I got the best price, having searched other dealerships and I went in pre-approved from my credit union with a rate so good that Matt in financing didn't believe it. Matt was very rude, arrogant and even looked away when he shook my hand to meet me for the first time. I was appalled by the arrogance. Being a Realtor and having 25 years experience in customer service that is NOT how anyone let alone a customer should be treated. He ran my credit despite me telling him that he could not get me a better rate and I was right. He came back with an interest rate 3% higher than what I was getting through my credit union and explained the numbers to me like he thought I would actually consider taking that offer. He should have just said "sorry, we were not able to match your rate" and not waste is breath, it was a complete joke. If it weren't for Sam I would have walked out of there that is the ONLY reason why I would recommend this dealership and I would ONLY recommend Sam Syed. More
