Nice dealer poor service Our car buying experience was great and the salesman we worked with was very nice and accommodating. After we bought the car and had to deal with the Our car buying experience was great and the salesman we worked with was very nice and accommodating. After we bought the car and had to deal with the service department to get a second key which they promised things went poorly. It took three trips to the dealer to get the key that we were told we could just pick up the next day. The man in the service department I worked with was extremely rude, and every tIme I stopped by I was told it would take longer to cut the key. Our reaction to this experience went from great with the dealer to frustrating and time consuming with the service department. The worst part was that while buying the car the dealership seemed nice, service oriented and responsible, but as soon as they had our money they didn't care about us and it was a hassle to get them to do what they said they would. More

I didn't walk out of the dealership back to a used car, the bus stop, or to an uber cab. Instead i walked out to my brand spanking new 2015 Honda civic ex-l! I thought i would've had to go with something lesser, but no Joe and company made it happen for me. All at a very reasonable price! I am 100 percent satisfied with the customer service and their capability to get me driving, and do recommend Joe C. to any potential honda customer.
