It is hard to meet a sales rep. who is kind, patient, trust worthy and doesn't want to rip you off. I worked with Keith Huspen and he was absolutely amazing. The first time I walked into the Honda on Grand was in December and I knew I'd buy my next car from Keith right away. It took me few months to sell my old car since the trade in for me didn't make sense, but Keith regularly checked in on me in a very polite and patient way. He wasn't trying to up sell me anything that didn't make sense and made some valuable recommendations. Mariusz who does the financing was excellent as well. Thank you guys! It took me 2 visits, one of them 3 hours long, yes 3 hours :) deciding between 2 colors and models to finally decide on my next car. Hands down I'd buy my next car from Keith. More
