Great experience with a friendly dealer. Was a great experience overall!! Sam Syed was very upbeat and positive during the entire experience. I had lots of questions and weighed lots of options between different vehicles - and he never seemed to be "put out" by answering them. I think he was smiling during the entire transaction. And even when we decided to come back a second day to actually do the paperwork - he wasn't pushy to stay that day to complete the purchase. He made the entire experience very upbeat, comfortable and easy. The other great part - it was Sam that I talked to over email and it was Sam that I dealt with for the test drive and sale. Another dealer swapped the salesperson when I got to the dealer - which I didn't appreciate. The other dealer also automatically added $900 to the online quote for "dealer added accessories." Sam didn't pull any of these tricks. This is a great way to build an actual relationship during the entire process. It's a major purchase, and I'm glad that Honda on Grand understands the importance of that relationship. The finance guy I worked with was also great to deal with. Don't remember his name, but he's got a Polish accent. Was also very friendly and upfront about everything. If you're in the market - I would recommend contacting Sam online to get the best price and have a great, upbeat experience!!! More

EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH After contacting 14 area dealers by e-mail initially, and then selecting 3 semi-finalists, I chose Honda on Grand for our purchase of a 2016 CRV EX AW After contacting 14 area dealers by e-mail initially, and then selecting 3 semi-finalists, I chose Honda on Grand for our purchase of a 2016 CRV EX AWD on 8/20/16. The primary reasons for our choice were price, and the professionalism and honesty of Internet salesman RYAN SCHWEIKHOFER. In my original e-mails I indicated I would not be engaging in any haggling, and asked for each dealer's absolute lowest price. I further indicated I would initially consider only e-mail replies, and that if anyone called, they would immediately be eliminated from consideration. One dealer did still call, and two did not have the vehicle we were looking for. Of the 11 replies we rec'd, Ryan's was the most complete. He gave me the out the door price and advised HOG does not automatically add and charge for options many people don't want. We actually rec'd 2 lower prices than HOG, but one was in an area that isn't the most desireable, and the other was the furthest from our house. I then took our trade in to HOG and the 2 other semi-finalists. DAN at HOG, who was also great, gave us the most of the 3 (by $250) for our trade in. Called RYAN that night, told him he had the sale, and made an appointment to pick up the new CRV the next afternoon. Upon arrival, it was all ready. RYAN followed through on all he had promised. He never tried to sell me any add-on options, and nobody tried to pressure us to buy an extended warranty or to finance through HOG instead of it being a cash deal. If you are considering a Honda, I have no reservation in saying contact RYAN at Honda on Grand. More
