First time at this dealership. I requested a shuttle during online booking, shuttle not offered at check in. I arrived at 5pm, scheduled appointment time. I watched as my car I requested a shuttle during online booking, shuttle not offered at check in. I arrived at 5pm, scheduled appointment time. I watched as my car was completed and relocated to the parking lot (>30 minutes). Finally at 6:14pm I texted for an update, knowing it closes at 6:30pm. Watched the worker scrambled as he received my text. Probably realizing at that moment he forgot about my car/ not notifying me when it was done earlier. Asked him why it took so long to tell me it was done. He said paperwork. Funny part was that I watched him do the paperwork after I texted requesting an update. Prior to that he was walking around. Paperwork was printed with a timestamp of 6:14. I did not like the fact no shuttle was offered when that was an option during online scheduling. It was listed on the paperwork he handed to me. In addition, I did not appreciate having to sit in the waiting room because they forgot to notify me when it was completed. Hoping this doesn’t occur when I come back for the 3 other oil changes I pre-paid for. More
